Melissa Davis founder of a successful and award winning tech staffing firm - Elev8 Staffing. Elev8 was founded in 2012 as the culmination of her passion for service and business. She is innately driven to help people grow and flourish by making incredible connections. She is known for her excellence in placing people in fast growing tech start ups and transforming people’s success trajectory.
She loves people, love and passion. She is a natural people connector since she was a young child. Throughout her career, she realized how mainstream personality tests fell short of expectations, and failed to characterize her clients for job placement. Discovering the Enneagram was a massive pivot that allowed Melissa to finally start seeing people for who they really are and use that to guide them on their best path.
Melissa is an expert certified Enneagram coach and has interpreted hundreds of Enneagram charts. Her work has enabled so many to see themselves clearly and cut to the chase in any aspect of their lives.
In this episode, Melissa and I dig deep into the 9 Enneagram Types and how these type influences our worldview and relationships. The Enneagram is a secular system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. The Enneagram maps each type on a nine-pointed diagram which helps to illustrate how the types relate to one another. Melissa and I break down and discuss how anyone can use the Enneagram to look at themselves objectively and be guided down their best path.

Cecilia and Vivek Sharma, disciples of Paramhansa Yogananda help people to find their original balance - mental, emotional, spiritual and physical - and to be reconnected with their higher Self and highest Goals through Paramahansa Yogananda’s hands off Vibratory Healing, Sound Healing, Past Life Regression Therapy, Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection©. Through individual and group Healing Sessions, Classes, Workshops and Healing Retreats, they have helped hundreds of people in India, Italy and USA, included 4500 members of the Indo Tibetan Border Police in India, hundreds of destitute widows in Vrindavan, India, served by the P.Yogananda Charitable Trust of which Vivek is a Trustee, a Group of US War Veterans in New York, elderly people at the Old Age Home Nirmal Chhaya in New Delhi and downtrodden children at The Shelter, NGO in Gurgaon, HR, India.
Since April 2018 they help the inmates of the High and Medium Security Jails of Spoleto and Perugia, Italy, with transforming results of a new emotional balance, calmness, kindness, increased self control, reduced violence, clarity, new awareness, hope, motivation for life, new harmony within them selves and with the surrounding environment : co-inmates, Jail Staff, their Families. The following results include releases of blockages in their legal papers and obtainment of permissions never received for years.
They serve people individually or in groups, including Couples, Families and Corporates and are always joyfully available to volunteer in underprivileged areas of the Society.
It is their innermost joy to see every day people healing from deep ancient traumas, pain, sufferings of all sort, loss of hope and lack of motivation, gaining new confidence and enthusiasm in life, opening up again to the Light and Joy they thought lost or never possible and to a new Faith in the ever existing Power of Love surrounding us all and ever present in the depth of our beings. They live in Gratitude to God and their Spiritual Masters and daily pray that all beings can live in Peace, Light and Joy.

Drupada Macdonald began his spiritual search in 1981 at the age of 22, when he began studying the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda. By the age of 23 he moved to Ananda Village in California, founded by Swami Kriyananda, based on Yogananda’s teaching, and the practice of Kriya yoga. Also at this time he began his study of astrology. In 1989 he moved to the Ananda Assisi center in Italy, where he began to give astrology readings and classes. Since 1995, Drupada has been a full time astrologer, having given over 10,500 readings. His goal is to use the sacred stellar science as a guide for spiritual growth, and transformation. He now resides in Nevada City, California, and travels extensively to give classes and astrology readings.
Drupada has made a deep study of both the philosophy and the calculations of Vedic astrology. He has studied the writings of prominent astrologers, with special emphasis on the writings and teachings of Sri Yukteswar, Paramhansa Yogananda, and Swami Kriyananda (author of Your Sun Sign as a Spiritual Guide).
Drupada's approach to astrology centers on the potential he sees in each horoscope for personal growth and for overcoming the specific karmic patterns that are most actively present in this incarnation. He is an extraordinary Vedic astrologer, a deep soul and in this convo he connects the fundamentals of Vedic astrology, the chakra system, and how we are all part of this divinely orchestrated Universe. This is such a beautiful conversation that will spark your hearts especially if you have studied any type of astrology, esoteric wisdom, kriya yoga, or are just metaphysically curious.

I met Michelle many years ago and attended my first Constellation workshop that she led in Miami, with no expectations, an open heart, I just sat amongst “stranger” and allowed her and the energetic field to come alive and WOW, it was magic!
Born and raised in France, Michelle Blechner lived in NY for 30 years until she relocated to Miami Florida in 2009. With a background in psychology, first used in the field of Marketing and Research in Paris, then as a successful professional in the international business world, she has now been guided to finally, “Live the life she had come here to live”!
Today, she has evolved into a Spiritual Leader, Life Counselor and Family Constellations Practitioner, facilitating and teaching this leading edge modality.
Bi-lingual and bi-cultural, with a lifetime gathering of spiritual teachings, including a 30 year connection to the Abraham Hicks teachings, has made Michelle an authority in the practice of Universal Laws. These Universal laws, along with Family Constellations Therapy, have been the base from which her coaching method developed and has culminated in her U.R.I.M. program.
Upon finding Family Constellations, the Bert Hellinger developed Therapeutic Philosophy, Michelle dubbed it her “Missing Link,” as it was the missing piece that was needed to make her the perfect Bridge that her life purpose was calling her to be.
As the founder of the Family Constellations Institute of Miami, her “DREAM BIG” project she had the vision for is now available to assist all!
